1. I heard you give free circus tickets to newborns. How do I get one?
Believing that all children should experience the joy of a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® performance, every child under 12 months old and living in the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) is entitled to receive his or her first ticket to The Greatest Show On Earth® absolutely FREE! To register, simply complete and submit the online form from our Special Offers Sign-Up page. Offer is limited to one per household per year (please see Question 3 and Question 4 for information about multiple births and adoptions.)
2. When will I receive my personalized baby certificate and free ticket voucher?
Once you complete and submit the online form from our Special Offers Sign-Up page you will receive an email welcoming you to Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Baby's First Circus® program. Free ticket vouchers, for all valid registrations, will be received in the mail 12-14 weeks after you sign up for the program. You can print your baby certificate immediately after registering your child by clicking "Print Certificate" on the registered children page, or by clicking "Free Commemorative Certificate" on the Special Offers page and following the instructions.
3. I have twins - can I register both of my children in this program? Can I sign up a group of children?
The vouchers are limited to one per household per year. We do make exceptions for families with multiple births, provided that the babies are younger than 12 months old. Ordering for groups other than specified is prohibited.
For multiple births of 3 or more, complete and submit the registration form online. Then print out a copy of the completed form for each baby, attach a copy of each birth certificate (copies will not be returned) and send to:

4. I recently adopted a child older than 12 months. How can my child receive a free ticket voucher?
Complete and submit the registration form online. Then print out a copy of the completed form, attach a copy of the birth certificate and proof of adoption (copies will not be returned) with the issue date clearly indicated (as long as the issue date is within 12 months of your Baby’s First Circus registration, the ticket will be issued, regardless of the child's age), and send to:

5. I received my free ticket voucher. How do I use it? Can I purchase additional tickets for my family?
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Baby's First Circus vouchers carry no expiration date and can be used for any Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey performance, anytime, in any North American city in which we perform.
Baby's First Circus free ticket vouchers can only be redeemed at the arena box office. Exchange your voucher for one FREE ticket to one performance of The Greatest Show On Earth at the arena box office when Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey tickets go on sale in your town. The voucher will be exchanged for one regularly priced ticket (excludes all VIP and front row seats). All Baby's First Circus free ticket vouchers must be exchanged at the arena box office only, ticket outlets and your local ticketing agency are not authorized to handle these transactions.
You may purchase other tickets for your family at the same time at the arena box office.
6. I lost my free ticket voucher - can I get a replacement?
We do not replace lost, damaged or destroyed vouchers and cannot research registrations placed more than six months ago. All vouchers are mailed via standard third class mail to the address you provide on the Special Offers Sign-Up page and cannot be forwarded if you have had a change of address.
7. I registered for the Baby's First Circus program and haven't received my free ticket voucher. Do you know why?
Vouchers are mailed via standard third class mail to the address you provide on the Special Offers Sign-Up page and cannot be forwarded if you have had a change of address. Offer is limited to one per household per year (please see Question 3 and Question 4 for information about multiple births and adoptions.) Multiple requests within a 12 month period may delay your original request. You will receive a free ticket voucher, for all valid registrations, in the mail 12-14 weeks after you sign up for the program.
8. My child is over 1 year old. Can I register my child in your program?
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey is for Children of All Ages. Children over 1 year old can be registered to receive a commemorative Ringling Bros.® certificate. The free ticket voucher is offered only to children under 12 months of age.
9. Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant child who will sit on my lap for the entire show?
Children under 2 are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. All children 24 months old and older must have a ticket. For children two and older, ticket prices are the same for children and adults alike.
10. Do you have special discounts for children's tickets?
Often, discounts are available for children through special local promotions while the show is in town. Please contact your local Ticketmaster representative or the arena box office to find out about any specific discounts that may be available in your area.
11. How do I correct or update information on my child’s certificate?
Log in to our website using your password and email address. On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll see a navigation link that says “Registered Customers.” Beneath this, you will see a link that says "Update Child Information." Click this link, and then look for the dropdown menu under "Select Child" at the top of the page. Choose the correct option from the dropdown menu, and you can update the information.
