Circus Celebrity FAQs
Can I get a refund if I arrive late and miss the Circus CelebritySM experience?
Your ticket entitles you to be a part of the show -- and the show must always go on! So, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. The Circus Celebrity experience takes place early in the first half of the performance, so it is important to arrive on time.
Is there handicapped access for Circus Celebrity participation?
Circus Celebrity pass-holders will board a train and will be seen as a part of the show. To board the train, pass-holders will have to climb several stairs. The train does not have wheelchair access, so all Circus Celebrity pass-holders should be able to climb stairs and seat themselves.
Can I bring my camera and take pictures during the Circus Celebrity experience?
While Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® allows customers to use non-professional still cameras, please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy. Videotaping is not allowed.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant child who will sit on my lap for the entire show?
In most arenas, children under 2 are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
