Can I get a refund if I arrive late and miss the Circus Celebrity^SM experience?
Your ticket entitles you to be a part of the show -- and the show must always go on! So, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. The Circus Celebrity experience takes place early in the first half of the performance, so it is important to arrive on time.

Is there handicapped access for Circus Celebrity participation?
Based on the particular venue, a Circus Celebrityin a wheelchair may have to sit in wheelchair accessible seating, and not in the Circus Celebrityaudience seats. Circus Celebritypass-holders will be taken from their seats in the audience to a special set of the bleachers on the arena floor for about fifteen minutes during the show. Those needing special assistance or those that are in a wheelchair can participate in the Circus Celebrityexperience and will be placed next to the bleachers on the arena floor with the availability to sit next to their Circus Celebrityfamily and friends. If you need further assistance or will need to be transported from wheelchair accessible seating to the arena floor for your Circus Celebrity experience, please contact the arena staff beforehand!

Can I bring my camera and take pictures during the Circus Celebrity experience?
While Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey^® allows customers to use non-professional still cameras, please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy. Videotaping is not allowed.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant child who will sit on my lap for the entire show?
In most arenas, children under 2 are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
