But don’t forget, The All Access Pre-Show begins one hour before show time, and is available to all ticket holders at no extra charge! In some cities, we present an Animal Open House that begins 90 minutes before show time. To find out if your show will have an Animal Open House, find the performance in your area on our Tickets & Schedules page!

The performance I attended seemed to have a missing act or performer. Is this normal?

Please note that all schedules, acts and performers are subject to change without notice. Since we have two concurrent touring units performing for audiences throughout the United States, certain performers, acts or animals you may have seen in a previous show could be touring in our other unit. However, if you still feel like something was missing, we encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] as we can provide details of any last-minute changes that may have occurred during your live experience.

Are cameras allowed in the arena?

Still cameras are permitted, provided that they are non-professional cameras and the photos are intended for personal use only. No video cameras of any kind are allowed in the arena. Digital camera policies are different from arena to arena, so if you have concerns, please contact the specific arena in your area to verify policy details.

What is the best way to dress for a Ringling Bros. show?

We suggest you dress comfortably. The temperature in the arena is typically 10+ degrees cooler than outside, so a light sweater/jacket might be needed. Also, practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the steps in the arena.Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense. Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted. LEARN MORE

In most arenas, children under 2 are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.

Our Tour Schedule page presents information about all currently scheduled performances for the traveling units of The Greatest Show On Earth.

When is the Ringling Bros. train passing by my town?

Unfortunately, schedules for train travel are very erratic, and can sometimes run as much as 12 hours early or late. Also, there are occasions when rail travel is so heavy that routes are changed with very little notice.
